Are you emotionally intelligent?
If you ever wondered if you had a high EQ (emotional intelligence) this article has some guiding questions for you to consider... alternatively you can always take a formal psychometric assessment.
I would be remiss in not adding however that psychologists have long debated over the merits of EQ vs IQ as an independent construct from intelligence. But when EQ hits pop psychology and you get as much air time as Daniel Kahneman (the father of EQ), well the myth is born. I still think there's something in it, but research has yet to be conclusive!
